Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti hubungan antara motivasi dalam penggunaan pembelajaran mudah alih (M-learning) dan motivasi pelajar universiti pendidikan premier Malaysia. Responden kajian ini adalah seramai 348 orang pelajar yang terdiri daripada 123 orang lelaki dan 225 orang perempuan dari semester 4 hingga semester 8, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris dengan menggunakan teknik persampelan berstrata. Kajian ini menggunakan soal selidik skala likert lima mata untuk mendapatkan data dalam bentuk skor min dan sisihan piawai. Nilai pekali Alpha Cronbach untuk alat kajian yang digunakan adalah 0.94. Dapatan analisis deskriptif kajian ini menunjukkan kesemua konstruk menunjukkan nilai skor min yang tinggi, iaitu kemudahan penggunaan pada 4.39, kebolehgunaan pada 4.36, pengaruh sosial pada 4.33 dan interaktiviti pembelajaran pada 4.11. Keputusan analisis korelasi Pearson pula menunjukkan r =.53 dan p = .001 iaitu terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi penggunaan pembelajaran mudah alih (M-learning) dan motivasi pelajar. Hasil kajian ini menggambarkan bahawa terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi dalam penggunaan pembelajaran mudah alih (M-learning) dan motivasi pelajar di Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) terutamanya dalam konteks peningkatan kualiti pengajaran dan pembelajaran di institusi pendidikan tinggi. Implikasinya kajian ini dapat membantu pelbagai pihak seperti institusi pendidikan tinggi, sekolah, dan para pendidik untuk memperbaiki strategi pembelajaran mereka dan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran mudah alih (M-learning) dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Ini boleh meningkatkan motivasi pelajar dan kualiti pembelajaran. Pengintegrasian pembelajaran mudah alih (M-learning) dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk merangsang motivasi pelajar. Oleh itu, institusi pendidikan harus memberi penekanan kepada pembangunan platform pembelajaran mudah alih (M-learning) yang mudah digunakan, dapat memberikan kebolehgunaan yang tinggi, dan menyokong interaktiviti pembelajaran yang efektif serta kesedaran terhadap penggunaan pembelajaran mudah alih (M-learning), seperti pengaruh sosial dan kebolehgunaan, boleh membantu dalam merancang pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih sesuai dan menarik untuk pelajar.
