Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Kajian ini bertujuan menentukan pengaruh faktor keusahawanan terhadap niat memulakan perniagaan inovatif dalam kalangan mahasiswa Diploma Keusahawanan, UPSI. Faktor keusahawanan yang diuji terdiri daripada empat komponen iaitu Pendidikan Keusahawanan, Keupayaan Keusahawanan, Efikasi Kendiri Dalam Keusahawanan dan Sikap Keusahawanan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan deduktif. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 68 orang mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik pensampelan rawak mudah. Data dikumpul menggunakan borang soal selidik sebagai instrumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil kajian mendapati Program Kurikulum mempengaruhi Keupayaan Keusahawanan secara positif dan signifikan (b=0.486, p=0.000), Keupayaan Keusahawanan mempengaruhi Efikasi Kendiri Dalam Keusahawanan secara signifikan (b==0.473, p=0.000) manakala Pendidikan Sosial mempengaruhi Efikasi Kendiri Dalam Keusahawanan secara negatif dan signifikan (b=-0.205, p=0.030). Efikasi Kendiri Dalam Keusahawanan mempengaruhi Sikap Keusahawanan secara positif dan signifikan ( b=0.577, p=0.000). Akhir sekali, Sikap Keusahawanan mempengaruhi Niat Memulakan Perniagaan Inovatif secara positif dan signifikan (b=0.666, p=0.000). Kesimpulannya, faktor keusahawanan dapat meningkatkan niat memulakan perniagaan inovatif. Implikasinya, dapatan kajian memberikan panduan berguna kepada pihak berkepentingan untuk merangka program keusahawanan dalam usaha meningkatkan kecenderungan mahasiswa untuk memulakan perniagaan inovatif.
