Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti tahap kesediaan mengajar dari aspek
pengetahuan dan kemahiran teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi (TMK) serta tahap
pengaplikasian pembelajaran abad ke-21 (PAK21). Kajian ini turut menilai hubungan
kesediaan mengajar antara pengetahuan dengan kemahiran TMK serta mengkaji
hubungan kesediaan mengajar dengan pengaplikasian PAK21 dalam kalangan guru
pelatih di Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). Pendekatan kuantitatif
menggunakan kaedah tinjauan yang melibatkan sampel seramai 351 orang guru pelatih
yang telah menjalani latihan mengajar 1 sebagai responden kajian. Sampel kajian
dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik kaedah persampelan rawak berstrata berkadaran.
Pengutipan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan borang soal selidik untuk mengetahui
kesediaan mengajar guru pelatih dengan pengaplikasian PAK21. Data kajian dianalisis
menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25
melibatkan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferens. Ujian Korelasi Pearson digunakan
untuk mengkaji hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua-dua pembolehubah. Dapatan
kajian menunjukkan tahap kesediaan mengajar berada pada tahap yang tinggi serta
tahap pengaplikasian PAK21 juga adalah tinggi dengan skor min masing-masing ialah
min = 4.29, sp = 0.369 dan min = 4.01, sp = 0.271. Dapatan juga menunjukkan
hubungan positif yang signifikan di antara dua subkonstruk serta antara kesediaan
mengajar dengan pengaplikasian PAK21. Kesimpulannya, kajian ini memberi impak
kepada pembinaan strategik polisi dan praktis ke arah penambahbaikan kualiti
pengajaran dan pembelajaran kepada guru pelatih dan membantu penyelidik akan
datang menjalankan kajian lanjutan. |
