Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Landskap Pendidikan Inklusif kini banyak dicorak oleh pelbagai deklarasi antarabangsa demi memastikan agenda serta pelaksanaannya kekal relevan dalam sistem pendidikan. Tidak dinafikan masih terdapat pelbagai kekangan sepanjang pelaksanaannya yang memerlukan strategi terbaik dan berkesan. Menerusi reka bentuk kajian kualitatif, pengkaji memberi fokus penerokaan ke atas strategi menghadapi cabaran dalam interaksi sosial guru dalam kelas inklusif di sekolah menengah di Selangor. Kajian rintis telah dilaksanakan terhadap tiga orang peserta kajian di sekolah A. Manakala, kajian sebenar melibatkan tujuh peserta kajian dari sekolah B dipilih secara persampelan bertujuan untuk turut serta dalam sesi temu bual dan pemerhatian yang berlangsung selama enam bulan. Protokol temu bual semi berstruktur dan senarai semak pemerhatian tidak turut serta merupakan instrumen yang digunakan pengkaji di lapangan. Dapatan kajian dianalisis menggunakan perisian Atlas.ti 22. Hasil kajian menemukan empat tema yang muncul dalam strategi menangani cabaran interaksi sosial guru perdana dalam pengajaran iaitu guru mempelbagaikan pendekatan sokongan emosi murid, guru meningkatkan keberkesanan pedagogi, guru menambah baik penyampaian pedagogi dan guru membuka peluang interaksi di antara rakan sekerja dan pentadbir. Dapatan ini membolehkan pelbagai pihak berkepentingan untuk berkolaborasi menambah baik strategi sedia ada di samping mempromosikan agenda inovasi dalam Pendidikan Inklusif. Di akhirnya matlamat dan sasaran Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia dalam Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia 2021-2025 menerusi gelombang ke 3 dapat dicapai dengan jayanya.
