Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan bagi menentukan sejauh mana pengaruh faktor kontekstual
(pengetahuan Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah (PBD), polisi pendidikan, kekangan masa,
bebanan kerja) dan kepercayaan terhadap amalan PBD dalam kalangan guru sekolah
rendah di daerah Kinta Selatan, Perak. Seramai 391 orang guru sekolah rendah dalam
daerah Kinta Selatan, Perak dipilih sebagai sampel kajian menggunakan kaedah
pensampelan rawak kelompok. Data kajian diperoleh menggunakan instrumen soal
selidik yang diadaptasi dan disesuaikan (adapt and adopt) daripada kajian lepas.
Instrumen kajian ini juga mengandungi lima konstruk iaitu pengetahuan PBD, polisi
pendidikan, kekangan masa, bebanan kerja dan kepercayaan yang dikonseptual
berdasarkan Model Kognisi Guru Borg dan Teori Ekologi Bronfenbrenner. Kaedah
analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis statistik deskriptif (min dan sisihan piawai) dan
inferensi (regresi berganda). Dapatan analisis deskriptif, menunjukkan pengetahuan
PBD, polisi pendidikan, kepercayaan dan amalan PBD adalah pada tahap tinggi
manakala kekangan masa dan bebanan kerja pada tahap sederhana. Dapatan analisis
inferensi (regresi berganda) menunjukkan bahawa terdapat pengaruh faktor kontekstual
(pengetahuan PBD, polisi pendidikan, kekangan masa, bebanan kerja) dan kepercayaan
terhadap amalan PBD iaitu sebanyak 33.2%. Dapatan turut menunjukkan bahawa polisi
pendidikan merupakan peramal terbaik untuk amalan PBD dengan nilai β = 0.356,
