Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Kajian ini mendokumentasikan kualiti kepimpinan dan pelaksanaan pedagogi koral
oleh UiTM Chamber Choir, sebuah kumpulan koir yang berprestij di Malaysia. Kajian
ini bertujuan meninjau perkara-perkara yang berkaitan seperti aspek teknik vokal,
kaedah latihan dan kualiti kepimpinan konduktor yang telah menyumbang kepada
kejayaan kumpulan koir tersebut. Reka bentuk kajian ini menggunakan kaedah
kualitatif dengan instrument temu bual, pemerhatian dan analisa dokumen bagi
mendapatkan data. Kaedah temubual digunakan terhadap konduktor dan ahli koir
manakala kaedah pemerhatian dijalankan sewaktu beberapa sesi latihan untuk mengkaji
pedagogi koral yang diaplikasikan serta kualiti kepimpinan konduktor. Kaedah analisa
dokumen dijalankan untuk mendapatkan gambaran terhadap kualiti diri dan
kepimpinan seorang konduktor yang memberi impak positif kepada kecemerlangan
sesebuah pasukan koir. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa pengaplikasian pedagogi koral
dari aspek teknik vokal yang berkesan dan kaedah latihan yang efektif merupakan
antara faktor pencapaian kualiti nyanyian koir yang bermutu. Selain itu, peranan
konduktor yang menunjukkan kompetensi pengurusan koir dan tahap muzikaliti yang tinggi
serta mendukung motivasi dan aspirasi dalam kepimpinan telah menyumbangkan kepada
kecemerlangan UiTM Chamber Choir. Hasil dapatan kajian ini telah dapat
menyediakan panduan kepada pihak yang berminat untuk memahami secara mendalam
berkaitan pedagogi koral bagi tujuan penubuhan koir atau memperkasakan kumpulan
koir masing-masing. |
