Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Kajian campuran dengan reka bentuk Urutan Penjelasan (Sequential Explanatory Design) ini bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti sikap guru Sekolah Dasar terhadap pendidikan inklusif di Aceh. Instrumen kajian adalah soal selidik penilaian sikap dan protokol temu bual. Seramai 399 guru terlibat dalam tinjauan, manakala 6 orang guru terlibat dalam temu bual. Data dianalisis menggunakan ujian t, kolerasi Pearson, ANOVA, MANOVA dan transkripsi temu bual. Secara keseluruhan, keputusan kajian mendapati bahawa guru menunjukkan sikap positif yang tinggi (M = 3.47, SP = 0.54) terhadap pendidikan inklusif. Tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara jantina [F dk(3,395) = 0.993, sig = 0.448 p> 0.05], umur [F dk(6,788) = 0.981, dengan sig = 0.281 p> 0.05], taraf pendidikan [F dk(6, 788) = 0.984, sig = 0.376 p> 0.05], dan tempoh mengajar [F dk(12,1037) = 0.956, sig = 0.121 p> 0.05] terhadap sikap guru, manakala terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara lokasi sekolah [F dk(6,788) = 0.862, dengan sig = 0.000 p< 0.05], pengalaman mengajar [F dk(6,788) = 0.762, sig = 0.000 p< 0.05], latihan [F dk(3,395) = 0.909, sig = 0.000 p< 0.05], dan keberadaan murid berkeperluan pendidikan khas dalam bilik darjah [F dk(3,395) = 0.961, sig = 0.001 p< 0.05] dalam sikap guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif. Bagi menyokong perkara ini, dapatan temu bual mendapati bahawa semakin lama tempoh mengajar, maka semakin rendah sikap guru dan kurang bersedia mengubahsuai rancangan pengajaran. Seterusnya pengalaman mengajar, latihan dan guru yang mempunyai murid berkeperluan pendidikan khas dalam bilik darjah dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, rasa sayang serta kepercayaan diri yang tinggi dalam amalan pengajaran mengikut kepelbagaian murid. Dapatan kajian ini mencadangkan perlunya pengembangan program pra- perkhidmatan dan latihan dalam perkhidmatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional guru. Instrumen penilaian sikap yang telah dibina boleh diaplikasikan bagi mengukur sikap guru di seluruh wilayah Aceh.
