Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti dan meneroka Pengetahuan Pedagogi Isi
Kandungan (PPIK) lakonan jurulatih Seni Teater di Sekolah Seni Malaysia (SSeM).
Konstruk utama kajian ini dijalankan adalah Pengetahuan Isi Kandungan (PIK) dan
Pengetahuan Pedagogi (PP) dengan menyelidik kefahaman kandungan format baharu
bidang lakonan dalam Dokumen Standard Kurikulum dan Pentaksiran (DSKP),
Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Menengah (KSSM), Seni Teater Sekolah Seni Malaysia
(SSeM), dan bagaimana peserta kajian membuat transformasi ke dalam rancangan
pengajaran serta melaksanakan pengajaran khusus bidang lakonan. Kajian ini adalah
kajian kes bersifat kualitatif dengan lima orang jurulatih Seni Teater SSeM dipilih
sebagai peserta kajian. Manakala, kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan berdasarkan kaedah
triangulasi data, kajian rintis, analisis keperluan pakar, semakan rakan penyelidik,
pengesahan dan persetujuan peserta kajian, tempoh kajian serta Indeks Skala
Persetujuan Cohen Kappa. Kajian menunjukkan bahawa peserta kajian tidak memiliki
kefahaman dalam pengetahuan isi kandungan secara menyeluruh mengenai
transformasi, teras pembangunan, prinsip dan kerangka kurikulum serta tiada
keselarian DSKP KSSM Seni Teater, buku teks serta format pentaksiran, manakala
memiliki kefahaman kemahiran dan amalan dalam pengetahuan pedagogi sepenuhnya
di mana tumpuan perancangan, penyediaan rancangan pengajaran dan pelaksanaan
aktiviti pengajaran lebih tertumpu kepada penyediaan murid sekolah seni ke arah dalam
penerapan pendekatan, teknik, bahan bantu mengajar dan pengurusan kelas untuk
melahirkan insan seimbang dari segi jasmani, emosi, rohani dan intelek serta
kemenjadian murid. Kajian juga menunjukkan peserta kajian memiliki sepenuhnya
kefahaman pengetahuan pedagogi dan isi kandungan lakonan dalam pelaksanaan
pengajaran dan amalan terbaik dalam pembelajaran. Sumbangan kajian dalam
pembangunan kurikulum, pentaksiran autentik, sumber pendidikan, penjaminan kualiti
dan pengoperasian SSeM serta pembangunan profesionalisme guru sebagai jurulatih.
Kesimpulan, kajian ini merangka model panduan pengetahuan pedagogi dan
pengetahuan isi kandungan lakonan jurulatih Seni Teater khusus tugas mengajar atau
latihan serta kursus dalam program kejurulatihan dalam pendidikan. |
