Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneroka tiga objektif kajian utama iaitu amalan pengajaran
guru pendidikan khas kepada Murid Berkeperluan Pendidikan Khas (MBPK)
ketidakupayaan pendengaran dalam Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi (PPKI) dengan
mengenal pasti cabarancabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru pendidikan khas dalam
amalan mengajar MBPK ketidakupayaan pendengaran serta menghimpun pelbagai
cadangan untuk menghasilkan modul panduan amalan pengajaran guru pendidikan
khas. Kajian kualitatif yang berbentuk kajian kes ini melibatkan enam orang guru
pendidikan khas dari salah sebuah PPKI di Selangor dan tiga kaedah pengumpulan data
telah ditadbir iaitu temu bual, pemerhatian dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data
dilakukan melalui kaedah triangulasi secara manual. Dapatan objektif kajian pertama
menunjukkan bahawa terdapat enam tema terhadap amalan pengajaran kepada MBPK
ketidakupayaan pendengaran iaitu teknik mengajar yang pelbagai, persediaan guru,
pengurusan bilik darjah, teknik komunikasi seluruh dan penggunaan Bahan Bantu
Belajar yang menarik. Hasil dapatan objektif kajian kedua menunjukkan terdapat enam
tema berkaitan cabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru pendidikan khas yang mendidik
MBPK ketidakupayaan pendengaran di PPKI iaitu kemahiran guru yang terhad proses
pembelajaran dan pengajaran, sikap MBPK ketidakupayaan pendengaran, beban guru,
kesesuaian sumber pelajaran, sokongan pihak sekolah dan sokongan ibu bapa. Hasil
dapatan kajian ketiga pula menunjukkan tiga tema terhadap cadangan penambahbaikan
seperti meningkatkan kemahiran guru, penyediaan sokongan bahan pengajaran serta
tawaran kursus dalam perkhidmatan kepada guru-guru pendidikan khas.
Kesimpulannya, guru-guru pendidikan khas menghadapi cabaran yang besar dalam
aspek amalan pengajaran seperti dinyatakan dalam hasil kajian ini. Implikasi kajian
analisis cabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru pendidikan khas memerlukan cadangan
penambahbaikan agar satu panduan dalam amalan pengajaran dan pemudahcaraan yang
berkualiti kepada MBPK Ketidakupayaan Pendengaran dapat dihasilkan. |
