Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangun dan menilai sebuah aplikasi digital T2IG berteraskan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) sebagai bahan instruksional bagi mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Reka bentuk dan Pembangunan (PRP). Kajian ini melalui tiga fasa dan melibatkan 159 orang guru bagi fasa analisis keperluan, 12 orang pakar bagi fasa reka bentuk dan pembangunan, serta 159 orang guru dan 30 orang murid bagi fasa penilaian aplikasi digital T2IG ini. Analisis keperluan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan kaedah gabungan iaitu tinjauan dan temu bual. Bagi kaedah tinjauan, borang soal selidik diedarkan kepada 159 orang guru. Kaedah temu bual pula melibatkan lima orang guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu. Analisis deskriptif terhadap tinjauan yang dilakukan mendapati bahawa kesemua guru bersetuju agar dapat dibangunkan aplikasi digital T2IG ini. Dapatan sesi temu bual mendapati bahawa pembangunan aplikasi adalah penting namun perhatian juga perlu diberikan terhadap penglibatan guru dan murid. Seterusnya, fasa reka bentuk dan pembangunan melibatkan 12 orang pakar dari bidang bahasa dan teknologi maklumat. Dapatan Fuzzy Delphi menunjukkan bahawa enam daripada tujuh cadangan komponen diterima oleh kesemua pakar dengan purata keseluruhan Threshold bernilai 94% (_75%) dan Skor Fuzzy (A) bernilai 0.943 (_0.500). Walau bagaimanapun, hanya lima orang pakar mengesahkan kandungan dan penggunaan teknologi aplikasi digital T2IG ini, dengan Content Validity Index (CVI) menunjukkan persetujuan bagi sepuluh item (S-CVI/Ave = 0.96 dan S-CVI/UA = 1). Akhir sekali, fasa penilaian melibatkan 159 orang guru dan 30 orang murid. Didapati bahawa tahap kebolehgunaan dalam kalangan guru berada pada tahap yang tinggi, manakala tahap kemudahgunaan dalam kalangan murid menunjukkan nilai min 4.43 (SP = 0.440). Sementara itu, tahap kebolehgunaan berada pada tahap tinggi dengan nilai min 4.80 (SP = 0.310). Oleh itu, dapat dirumuskan bahawa pembangunan aplikasi digital T2IG ini adalah berlandaskan saranan pakar kajian dan menunjukkan tahap kebolehgunaan serta kemudahgunaan yang tinggi dalam kalangan guru dan murid. Justeru, pembangunan aplikasi digital T2IG ini membantu murid memiliki sebuah bahan instruksional bagi menyokong pembelajaran Bahasa Melayu khususnya di bahagian kefahaman dan penulisan. Di samping itu, ianya dapat menerapkan pendekatan heutagogi dalam kalangan murid seawal peringkat bangku sekolah. |
