Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti pengaruh kepimpinan guru dan kepercayaan organisasi sebagai perantara terhadap komuniti pembelajaran profesional dalam kalangan ketua panitia di sekolah rendah (TS25) di semenanjung Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kaedah tinjauan yang melibatkan seramai 645 orang ketua panitia di sekolah rendah di semenanjung Malaysia. Kaedah persampelan pelbagai tahap (multistage cluster sampling) telah digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensi menggunakan perisian SPSS dan AMOS-SEM. Kajian mendapati bahawa tahap pelaksanaan komuniti pembelajaran profesional berada pada tahap tinggi manakala kepimpinan guru dan kepercayaan organisasi berada pada tahap sangat tinggi. Kajian juga mendapati kepimpinan guru dalam sekolah-sekolah kajian mempengaruhi komuniti pembelajaran profesional (_=0.471, p
