Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Pendidikan Jasmani memainkan peranan penting dalam mendidik dan meningkatkan aspek psikomotor, afektif dan kognitif murid. Pelibatan yang aktif dalam aktiviti fizikal dapat meningkatkan tahap kecergasan fizikal berdasarkan kesihatan sekaligus dapat meningkatkan skor gred pencapaian Ujian Standard Kecergasan Fizikal Kebangsaan untuk Murid Sekolah Malaysia (SEGAK). Kajian ini dijalankan bagi mengenal pasti keperluan untuk membina program intervensi dalam sesi memanaskan badan dalam sesi pembelajaran dan pemudahcaraan (PdPc) Pendidikan Jasmani. Kajian tinjauan menggunakan soal selidik ini dijalankan ke atas 110 orang Ketua Panitia Pendidikan Jasmani di negeri Pahang yang dipilih melalui pemilihan sampel bertujuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan seramai 95.1% (4.75±.43) bersetuju supaya satu program intervensi yang bersesuaian dijalankan dalam sesi memanaskan badan perlu untuk dibangunkan dalam PdPc Pendidikan Jasmani supaya dapat meningkatkan tahap kecergasan fizikal berdasarkan kesihatan murid seterusnya meningkatkan skor gred pencapaian ujian SEGAK. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa guru Pendidikan Jasmani sebagai pelaksana di sekolah sedar akan kepentingan sesi PdPc Pendidikan Jasmani dalam meningkatkan tahap kecergasan fizikal berdasarkan kesihatan murid. Dapatan kajian ini akan membantu pengkaji untuk membina program intervensi yang bersesuaian untuk dijalankan semasa sesi pemanasan badan dalam PdPc Pendidikan Jasmani tanpa mengganggu perjalanan DSKP Pendidikan Jasmani secara keseluruhannya.
