Kajian ini meneliti hubungan antara gaya kepimpinan transformasi dan kepuasan kerja dalam kalangan Penolong Pegawai Perubatan di hospital pakar negeri Selangor. Kajian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 304 responden yang dipilih secara persampelan rawak berstrata. Data diperoleh melalui soal selidik Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) dan Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) dan dianalisis menggunakan perisian SPSS IBM versi 23.0. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap kepimpinan transformasi penyelia dan kepuasan kerja Penolong Pegawai Perubatan berada pada tahap tinggi.
