Manuskrip ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti kesan norma aktiviti fizikal terhadap keyakinan diri, dan penghargaan kendiri serta menentukan kesan pengantaraan penghargaan kendiri terhadap hubungan di antara norma aktiviti fizikal dengan keyakinan diri remaja. Seramai 286 mahasiswa yang mengikuti pengajian di salah sebuah Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam Tempatan telah terlibat sebagai responden kajian. Data kajian diperoleh menerusi borang soal selidik. soal selidik jawapan kendiri. Data kajian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear dan ujian-t bebas. Hasil kajian mendapati norma aktiviti fizikal mempunyai kesan yang signifikan terhadap keyakinan diri (β=0.167, p-value |
