Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Kelangsungan teknologi digital yang berlaku dengan pantas dalam industri seni kreatif telah mencipta satu ekosistem baharu yang lebih dinamik dalam penciptaan produk kraftangan. Dalam kesenian Peranakan Baba dan Nyonya, kasut manik merupakan produk kraftangan yang bernilai tinggi dengan keunikan dan kerumitan pembuatannya. Secara tradisi, kaedah merekabentuk motif pada muka kasut manik adalah dengan melakar, menekap dan meniru secara manual. Kaedah merekabentuk ini dilihat semakin kurang relevan bagi memperkasa minat generasi baharu perantis dalam seni pembuatan kasut manik. Sejajar dengan Dasar Industri Kreatif Negara yang menekankan tiga aspek utama iaitu multimedia, seni budaya dan warisan budaya, kesinambungan kesenian Peranakan dapat dilestarikan dengan integrasi teknologi terkini. Kaedah yang diperbaharui dalam merekabentuk motif kasut manik boleh dijadikan sebagai usaha penjenamaan semula budaya Peranakan Baba dan Nyonya. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti identiti motif kasut manik Peranakan Baba dan Nyonya, membandingkan kaedah merekabentuk motif secara manual dan digital dalam penghasilan muka kasut manik, membangunkan prototaip aplikasi mobil berdasarkan ciri merekabentuk yang telah dikenalpasti dan mengesahkan kebolehgunaan aplikasi mobil dalam kalangan perantis kasut manik. Kajian kualitatif ini meliputi gabungan teori Kesatuan Organik, _Rapid Prototyping Model_ (RPM) dan _Technology Acceptance Model_ (TAM) sebagai indikator keberhasilan penyelidikan ini. Bagi metodologi kajian pula, kaedah pengumpulan data secara pelbagai seperti pemerhatian, eksplorasi lapangan, temubual separa berstruktur dan analisis teks dokumentasi telah digunakan. Penggunaan teknik persampelan bertujuan dan persampelan rantaian dalam penentuan populasi dan sampel telah digunakan bagi mendapatkan kesahan maklumat terhadap 11 orang responden berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Dapatan yang diterima telah dianalisis melalui analisis transkripsi, analisis audio-visual, pengekodan kata kunci, dan pembangunan tema dan sub-tema. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi mobil _Kasut Manik Pixelmania Beads_, hasil daripada kajian ini membolehkan upaya peralihan dari kaedah manual kepada kaedah digital yang lebih interaktif dalam kaedah merekabentuk produk kraftangan. Kata kunci: Teknologi digital, Aplikasi mobil, Kaedah merekabentuk, Identiti motif, Kasut Manik Peranakan.
