Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Objektif kajian ialah mengenal pasti pengaruh minat, penglibatan, kefahaman dan pengalaman pembelajaran ke atas kreativiti dan kemahiran membuat keputusan dalam penggunaan Flipped Learning bagi mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Reka bentuk kajian menggunakan kaedah eksperimen kuasi. Seramai 44 orang pelajar Ekonomi tingkatan enam rendah terlibat dalam kajian ini. Pelajar dipilih secara rawak mudah kepada dua kumpulan, iaitu kumpulan rawatan mengikuti kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran Flipped Learning manakala kumpulan kawalan secara konvensional. Ujian Ekonomi Pra dan Pasca dan soal selidik pra dan pasca di gunakan Dapatan kajian menunjukkan minat, penglibatan, kefahaman, pengalaman pembelajaran, mempengaruhi kreativiti dan kemahiran membuat keputusan pelajar Ekonomi bagi kumpulan rawatan berbanding dengan kumpulan kawalan. Kesimpulannya, Flipped Learning boleh meningkatkan tahap kreativiti dan kemahiran membuat keputusan dalam kalangan pelajar Ekonomi. Oleh itu, kaedah ini perlu digunakan secara meluas dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran mata pelajaran Ekonomi bagi melahirkan pelajar yang lebih kreatif dan kritis.
