ABSTRAK E-sisa (sisa elektrik dan elektronik) merupakan kebimbangan alam sekitar yang ketara, pada masa kini dan pada masa hadapan, kerana ia adalah sisa pepejal yang paling banyak dihasilkan di seluruh dunia. Malangnya, hanya sebahagian kecil daripada e-sisae yang dihasilkan (17%) secara rasmi dikutip dan dikitar semula. Ini membimbangkan kerana kebanyakan peralatan elektronik mengandungi bahan toksik, seperti plumbum dan merkuri, yang boleh menjadi sangat berbahaya jika dilepaskan ke alam sekitar. Untuk menangani isu ini, adalah penting untuk melibatkan semua pihak berkepentingan dalam program kitar semula e-sisa. Setiap pemegang taruh mempunyai peranan penting dalam memastikan program ini berkesan. Satu kajian telah dijalankan di bandar Kota Kinabalu untuk mengenal pasti peranan dan isu yang dihadapi oleh pihak berkepentingan dalam aktiviti kitar semula e- sisa. Penyelidikan ini melibatkan wakil daripada penduduk, agensi kerajaan, NGO dan entiti swasta. Data dikumpul menggunakan borang panduan temu bual, dan hasilnya dikategorikan kepada dua tema: peranan dan isu yang dihadapi oleh setiap pemegang kepentingan. Rangka kerja konseptual ekologi telah digunakan untuk mengenal pasti perkaitan antara semua pihak berkepentingan yang terlibat dalam isu kitar semula e-sisa. Secara umumnya, kejayaan program kitar semula e-sisa bergantung terutamanya kepada penglibatan semua pemegeang taruh. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat beberapa halangan untuk penglibatan tersebut, termasuk peraturan yang tidak jelas untuk entiti swasta oleh pihak agensi kerajaan, kekurangan infrastruktur untuk penduduk, dan ketidakkonsistenan program oleh pihak NGO. Oleh itu, adalah penting untuk menangani penemuan penyelidikan ini bagi memastikan kemajuan dalam program kitar semula e-sisa. Isu-isu yang dikenal pasti dalam kajian mesti diselesaikan, kerana ia mempunyai kesan yang besar terhadap kejayaan program. Kata Kunci: e-sisa, kitar semula, ekologi, pemegang taruh, pengurusan
