Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Kajian ini bertujuan membangun dan menguji keberkesanan modul Pengurusan Kewangan (modul FM) berasaskan strategi flipped classroom terhadap pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru Matematik tingkatan empat. Pendekatan Rekabentuk dan Pembangunan (PRP) yang merangkumi tiga fasa digunakan dalam kajian ini. Fasa analisis keperluan melibatkan kajian tinjauan terhadap 30 orang guru Matematik dalam kajian rintis dan 115 guru Matematik dipilih secara pensampelan rawak mudah dalam kajian sebenar. Dapatan analisis keperluan menunjukkan terdapat keperluan membangunkan modul FM. Seterusnya, fasa reka bentuk dan pembangunan melibatkan 12 pakar dari pelbagai bidang dalam menentukan komponen dan elemen modul FM menggunakan FDM (Fuzzy Delphi Method) diikuti dengan kesahan kandungan modul oleh lima orang pakar. Dapatan memaparkan peratus kesepakatan pakar melebihi 75% dan nilai threshold kurang daripada 0.2 bagi komponenkomponen serta elemen-elemen iaitu berada pada tahap yang sesuai dan peratus kesahan kandungan modul FM yang tinggi diperolehi. Fasa terakhir iaitu fasa penilaian melibatkan kajian eksperimental satu kumpulan (ujian pra-pasca) untuk menentukan keberkesanan modul FM dari aspek pengetahuan dan kemahiran terhadap 32 orang guru Matematik Kinta Utara, Perak. Hasil analisis ujian-t sampel berpasangan bagi pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang diperolehi menunjukkan modul FM berupaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru terhadap topik Pengurusan Kewangan. Temubual separa berstruktur juga dilaksanakan ke atas lima orang guru untuk menyokong dapatan kuantitatif. Kesimpulannya, modul FM didapati berkesan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru Matematik tingkatan empat. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan modul FM boleh digunakan sebagai satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran bagi topik Pengurusan Kewangan guru. |
