Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Program On-the-Job Training (OJT) berfungsi sebagai saluran transisi pelajar Kolej Vokasional (KV) ke alam pekerjaan sebenar, namum masih wujud kebimbangan tentang keberkesanan pelaksanaanya. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai program OJT Teknologi Pemesinan Industri (TPI) di KV. Kajian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan reka bentuk kuantitatif dengan mengaplikasikan teknik tinjauan. Soal selidik dengan menggunakan skala Likert pula digunakan sebagai instrumen kajian. Rangka kerja yang digunakan adalah dari Model penilaian KIPP, berfokuskan pada komponen penilaian input, proses dan produk. Sampel kajian yang merangkumi 118 pelajar dan 108 pensyarah TPI yang dipilih secara rawak daripada 13 KV. Untuk memastikan kebolehpercayaan instrumen, pekali Alpha Cronbach_s digunakan dan nilai yang diperoleh adalah 0.962 untuk responden pelajar dan 0.957 untuk responden pensyarah. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahawa aspek input, proses dan produk dalam program OJT di KV adalah baik, tetapi masih memerlukan penambahbaikan. Selain itu, analisis statistik inferensi ujian-t menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan pada kecekapan program OJT dalam menyediakan pelajar Teknologi Pemesinan Industri dengan keperluan Industri 4.0 berdasarkan jantina. Selain itu, hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahawa terdapat hubungan yang sederhana dan signifikan antara tempoh masa dan kemahiran Industri 4.0 pelajar dengan keberkesanan program OJT dalam memenuhi keperluan Industri 4.0 dari perspektif pelajar dan pensyarah. Kajian mendapati tempoh masa dan kemahiran Industri 4.0 memberikan impak pada keberkesanan OJT. Oleh itu, dicadangkan semakan dilakukan pada tempoh masa dan kemahiran Industri 4.0 untuk memastikan pelajar memenuhi keperluan Industri 4.0. Dengan penekanan pada aspek penilaian input, proses dan produk, KV boleh membuat penambahbaikan pada kandungan program OJT untuk menyediakan pelajar dengan kemahiran yang relevan dalam Industri 4.0. Selain itu, kesan perbezaan berdasarkan jantina juga perlu diambil kira dalam penambahbaikan program OJT. Implikasi ini membawa kepada kesimpulan bahawa kajian ini memberi sumbangan penting dalam pemerkasaan program OJT TPI di KV. |
