| Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menentukan hubungan di antara elemen pembelajaran teradun dengan pencapaian pelajar dalam mata pelajaran Prinsip Perakaunan, dengan pembelajaran terarah kendiri sebagai mediator. Elemen pembelajaran teradun terdiri daripada sekolah, guru, kandungan dan teknologi manakala elemen pembelajaran terarah kendiri melibatkan elemen pengurusan kendiri, keinginan untuk belajar dan kawalan kendiri. Kajian tinjauan telah dijalankan ke atas 400 pelajar tingkatan empat yang dipilih secara pensampelan strata dari sekolah menengah di Zon Selatan Malaysia iaitu di negeri Johor, Melaka dan Negeri Sembilan. Data kajian telah dikutip dengan edaran borang soal selidik yang diubahsuai daripada kajian lepas bagi pemboleh ubah pembelajaran teradun dan pembelajaran terarah kendiri. Instrumen pencapaian pula ialah set ujian dan peperiksaan yang ditadbir oleh sekolah. Analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferens termasuk ujian korelasi dan mediator dijalankan menggunakan perisian SPSS dan Smart PLS 4.0. Keputusan kajian menunjukkan tahap skor min yang tinggi bagi pembelajaran teradun (4.162), pembelajaran terarah kendiri (4.252) dan pencapaian pelajar (4.203). Elemen pembelajaran teradun juga mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan pencapaian pelajar dalam mata pelajaran Prinsip Perakaunan. Hasil analisis juga mendapati peranan pembelajaran terarah kendiri sebagai mediator mempunyai kesan mediator yang penuh bagi elemen sekolah dan teknologi manakala elemen guru dan kandungan pula mempunyai kesan mediator separa ke atas pencapaian pelajar. Kajian ini membuktikan keberkesanan pembelajaran teradun bagi meningkatkan pencapaian dalam mata pelajaran Prinsip Perakaunan dengan penerapan amalan pembelajaran terarah kendiri yang akan membantu peningkatan pencapaian pelajar. Dapatan kajian ini menjadi asas kepada penggubal dasar, pihak KPM, guru dan pelajar serta pihak berkepentingan yang lain dalam memastikan amalan pembelajaran teradun dilaksanakan secara intensif bagi meningkatkan pencapaian pelajar dalam mata pelajaran Prinsip Perakaunan. |
