| Abstract: This study analyzes the writing skills of Form Two students using ‘Cognitive Process of Writing’ theory-based flowchart. Form two students who have chosen Tamil as an elective subject at a secondary school in the Jasin district of Malacca. A qualitative approach is employed, utilizing research instruments such as pre-tests, instructional interventions, post-tests, and feedback questionnaires. The findings aim to determine the form two students writing skill before training using ‘Cognitive Process of Writing’ theory-based flowchart. The researcher determines the form two students writing skill after training using ‘Cognitive Process of Writing’ theory-based flowchart. This study will insight the impact of form two students writing skill of following training using ‘Cognitive Process of Writing’ theory-based flowchart. This study will be conducted among three Form 2 students who have chosen Tamil as an elective subject in a secondary school in the Jasin district of Malacca state. The study will follow a qualitative approach. The research tools used in this study include a pre-test, a questionnaire, instruction, and a post-test. The outcome of the study will be to determine the writing skills of Form Two students using ‘Cognitive Process of Writing’ theory-based flowchart.
