Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Kajian ini menyelidiki persepsi guru Bahasa Melayu terhadap faktor-faktor dari model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) iaitu jangkaan prestasi, jangkaan usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan keadaan pemudahcaraan terhadap niat tingkah laku dan penggunaan aplikasi Google Classroom. Ia juga meneliti hubungan antara faktor-faktor ini dan kesan moderasi jantina dan umur. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan tinjauan dalam talian yang melibatkan 254 guru sekolah menengah yang dipilih secara rawak iaitu 63 lelaki dan 191 perempuan dari Daerah Mua_lim, Perak. Instrumen kajian adalah soal selidik yang mengandungi 16 item yang mengukur persepsi responden terhadap konstruk yang berkaitan. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahawa persepsi responden terhadap konstruk adalah tinggi yang menunjukkan bahawa Google Classroom dianggap bermanfaat dan mudah digunakan. Pemodelan Persamaan Struktur menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan sederhana kuat antara semua konstruk. Analisis Regresi Linear Pelbagai menunjukkan bahawa jantina menyederhanakan hubungan antara jangkaan usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan niat tingkah laku dengan kesan yang lebih ketara dalam kalangan responden perempuan. Walau bagaimanapun, umur tidak menyederhanakan hubungan ini dengan signifikan. Sebagai kesimpulan, guru Bahasa Melayu menunjukkan persepsi yang tinggi terhadap konstruk UTAUT, dan jantina adalah satu-satunya faktor moderasi yang signifikan yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara beberapa konstruk. Penemuan ini mempunyai implikasi terhadap keperluan untuk latihan dan sokongan yang disasarkan, terutamanya bagi guru perempuan, untuk meningkatkan keyakinan mereka dan menggalakkan penggunaan Google Classroom yang lebih meluas. |
