Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Ezy Flash-Mufrodat" learning tool, which is based on digital flashcards, in enhancing Arabic vocabulary acquisition among second-grade secondary school students in the Batang Padang district, Perak. The tool is designed to provide an innovative way to improve vocabulary mastery by encouraging active student engagement in the learning process and boosting their ability to remember and understand words. The study also seeks to analyze the impact of this tool on teachers' performance in planning and executing lessons by providing structured and interactive educational materials that support the teaching process more efficiently. A quantitative method was adopted, involving 33 second-grade students, with the teaching plan focusing on the topic of "Eid al-Adha," aiming to improve students' mastery of the vocabulary related to this important part of the curriculum. The initial survey results showed that many students struggled to remember Arabic vocabulary, which hindered their ability to fully benefit from the lessons. Based on this, pre- and post-tests were designed to measure the improvement in vocabulary mastery among students after using "Ezy Flash-Mufrodat." The results showed a significant improvement in students' ability to recall and understand Arabic words after applying the educational tool, with comprehension and memory levels increasing considerably compared to the pre-tests. Additionally, the tool helped ease teachers' tasks by providing an organized framework that supports lesson planning and implementation more efficiently, leading to improved teaching quality and student engagement. The study concluded that "Ezy Flash-Mufrodat" is an effective educational tool, not only for improving Arabic vocabulary mastery among students but also for enhancing their motivation to learn and participate in educational activities. The results also highlighted the tool's potential for improving teaching quality by facilitating lesson planning and offering engaging and interactive learning materials. The study recommends the integration of such tools in teaching Arabic in schools, given their positive impact on vocabulary acquisition and the increased motivation and interaction among students with the educational content.
