| Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah model daya tahan pelajar dalam kalangan pelajar pintar cerdas akademik yang melibatkan faktor-faktor peramal seperti kecerdasan emosi, kemahiran komunikasi, kemahiran kepimpinan, kemahiran inovasi dan kemahiran kreativiti dalam kalangan pelajar pintar cerdas akademik di Sekolah Menengah Kluster. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif dan sampel kajian melibatkan 217 orang pelajar pintar cerdas akademik berumur 16 tahun melalui persampelan bertujuan. Instrumen yang terlibat adalah seperti The Resilience Scale, The Emotional Intelligence, Malaysia Leadership Audit Trail, Creativity, Kirton Adaptation Inventory dan Interpersonal Student Behavior. Kajian ini menggunakan Smart Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) versi 4 untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap daya tahan pelajar dalam kalangan pelajar pintar cerdas akademik adalah tinggi, min( 4.15 dan 3.98). Kecerdasan emosi dalam kalangan pelajar pintar cerdas akademik juga menunjukkan tahap yang tinggi min (4.25 dan 4.05). Selain itu, kecerdasan emosi, kemahiran komunikasi, kemahiran kepimpinan, kemahiran inovasi dan kemahiran kreativiti adalah merupakan faktor-faktor peramal kepada daya tahan. Foktor-faktor peramal ini juga menyumbang sebanyak 75% (R_ = 0.75) dalam model kajian yang memenuhi kriteria kebolehan ramalan serta nilai ini menunjukkan model fit dalam data kajian yang bernilai SRMR= 0.07 dan Estimated Model= 0.07. Dapatan juga menunjukkan kecerdasan emosi adalah moderator bagi model ini (_ = 0.183, t = 7.246, p = < 0.01). Implikasi kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa model daya tahan memberi manfaat kepada pelajar, ibu bapa, sekolah, kementerian dan masyarakat tentang betapa pentingnya memberi perhatian kepada pembangunan dan kebangkitan semula pelajar pintar cerdas akademik yang pernah mengalami kesusahan dan tekanan teramat dari aspek fizikal ,rohani dan mental. |
