| Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti tahap amalan kepimpinan distributif guru besar, tahap keberkesanan sekolah, hubungan antara amalan kepimpinan distributif dan keberkesanan sekolah dan pengaruh amalan kepimpinan distributif terhadap keberkesanan sekolah kurang murid Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) daerah Hulu Perak dan Kuala Kangsar, Perak. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kuantitatif dengan kaedah tinjauan bagi mengumpul data. Soal selidik yang diguna adalah berdasarkan Distributed Leadership Readiness Scale (DLRS). Kaedah pensampelan rawak mudah telah digunakan dan seramai 100 orang guru telah dipilih sebagai sampel kajian. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensi. Dapatan kajian deskriptif menunjukkan bahawa tahap keseluruhan amalan kepimpinan distributif (min=4.49, sp=.32) dan keberkesanan sekolah (min=4.53, sp=.23) berada pada tahap tinggi. Dapatan analisis Korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara amalan kepimpinan distributif dengan keberkesanan sekolah (r=.807). Berdasarkan dapatan analisis regresi pelbagai, didapati dimensi-dimensi amalan kepimpinan distributif turut memberi pengaruh terhadap keberkesanan sekolah iaitu budaya sekolah (t=5.237, _=.398, p |
