Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Astronomi sering dianggap sebagai bidang yang kompleks dan kurang diberi penekanan dalam pendidikan sains di sekolah menengah, dengan pendedahan minimum dalam kurikulum sains sedia ada. Teleskop radio, sebagai alat utama dalam kajian astronomi, mempunyai potensi besar untuk membantu pelajar memahami konsep asas astronomi secara interaktif dan praktikal. Namun, kekurangan modul pembelajaran yang khusus, interaktif, dan mengintegrasikan teknologi seperti teleskop radio menyukarkan pelajar untuk menghubungkan teori dengan aplikasi dunia sebenar. Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan modul pembelajaran asas teleskop radio untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat pelajar terhadap astronomi. Modul ini dibangunkan berdasarkan teori konstruktivisme dan model reka bentuk instruksional ADDIE. Kajian melibatkan 62 pelajar dari dua sekolah di Kepong, Selangor, yang dipilih melalui persampelan berstrata. Data dikumpulkan melalui kesahan pakar, analisis kebolehpercayaan Cronbach Alpha, dan kajian sebenar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan 90.3% pelajar sangat bersetuju bahawa modul ini memudahkan mereka mempelajari penggunaan teleskop radio. Tambahan pula, 88.7% pelajar melaporkan peningkatan minat terhadap astronomi, dan 85.5% bersetuju modul ini menjadikan pembelajaran sains lebih menyeronokkan. Kajian ini memberikan sumbangan penting dalam pendidikan sains dengan memperkenalkan pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif yang meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat pelajar terhadap astronomi. Penggunaan modul ini membuktikan bahawa pengintegrasian teknologi dalam pendidikan dapat memberikan kesan positif terhadap pengalaman pembelajaran pelajar.
