| This paper analyzed the challenges faced by working parents in guiding their children during online learning. It will focus on issues related to technology, time and parents' knowledge related to their children's online learning. Qualitative method was adopted and 41 parents were interviewed through Google form. Urban areas were chosen as there is a lack of studies conducted on parents' challenges in urban areas. Findings showed that parents have average to good knowledge on technology and they are willing to learn on the platforms used by schools and spend time to accompany their children_s learning at home. However, parents stated that this role has also affected their office work.
