Title :Kesan fokus luaran dan dalaman ke atas angkatan ‘press behind neck atlet angkat berat

Abstract :
Banyak kajian lepas dalam fokus tumpuan secara konsisten menunjukkan fokus luaran (kesan pergerakan) meningkatkan prestasi motor dan pembelajaran berbanding fokus dalaman (pergerakan tubuh badan). Walau bagaimanapun, keberkesanan arahan fokus luaran dan fokus dalaman ke atas angkatan ‘Press Behind Neck’ belum lagi dibandingkan ke atas atlet angkat berat. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti di antara tiga keadaan kumpulan (fokus luaran, fokus dalaman dan kawalan) yang membawa prestasi yang terbaik dalam angkatan ‘Press Behind Neck’. Sejumlah 30 atlet pelapis angkat berat Selangor melakukan ujian pra terlebih dahulu sebelum dibahagikan kepada kumpulan rawatan (fokus luaran dan fokus dalaman) dan kumpulan kawalan. Perubahan dalam skor angkatan antara ujian (pra, ujian pasca dan pengekalan) dan antara kumpulan akan dianalisa menggunakan ANOVA dua hala pengukuran berulangan. Dapatan kajian mendapati, terdapat kesan utama untuk ujian, F (2, 54) = 1671.065 p=0.001 bermaksud terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara ujian pra dan ujian pasca. Terdapat kesan utama untuk kumpulan, F (2, 27) = 16.646 p=0.001. Sementara itu, terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara kumpulan dengan ujian F (4, 54) = 378.732 p=0.001. Tiada perbezaan yang signifikan antara ketiga-tiga kumpulan semasa ujian pra. Namun demikian, dalam ujian pasca didapati kumpulan fokus luaran (M=51.5kg, SP=7.4) dan kumpulan fokus dalaman (M=49.5kg, SP=6.6) adalah lebih baik dan signifikan berbanding kumpulan kawalan (M=30.5kg, SP=6.9). Manakala dalam ujian pengekalan kumpulan fokus luaran (M=59.5kg, SP=6.0) adalah lebih baik dan mempunyai perbezaan yang signifikan berbanding kumpulan fokus dalaman (M=43.2kg, SP=5.9) dan kumpulan kawalan (M=30.1kg, SP=6.3). Oleh yang demikian, secara keseluruhan arahan berbentuk fokus luaran menunjukkan prestasi angkatan yang lebih baik berbanding fokus dalaman dan kumpulan yang tidak diberi apa-apa arahan yang spesifik untuk program jangka panjang.
