Perubahan iklim dikaitkan dengan peningkatan suhu dunia atau lebih dikenali sebagai pemanasan global. Perubahan yang berlaku terhadap cuaca mendatangkan kesan negatif kepada aktiviti kehidupan manusia seharian dan menjejaskan proses sistem semula jadi bumi. Impak perubahan cuaca telah mendatangkan masalah utama kesihatan manusia khususnya komuniti pinggir pantai yang tinggal di kawasan berhampiran. Tujuan utama kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk mengenal pasti persepsi komuniti pinggir pantai terhadap impak perubahan cuaca terhadap kesihatan penduduk di sepanjang pesisir pantai Tanjung Sepat, Kuala Langat. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif melalui temu bual dan soal selidik terhadap 50 responden penduduk secara rawak purposif. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa kebanyakan komuniti pinggir pantai menyedari akan perubahan cuaca yang berlaku pada masa kini. Justeru itu, bagi mengurangkan tahap risiko impak perubahan cuaca ini, suatu strategi adaptasi perlu dilakukan terhadap komuniti pinggir pantai bagi meneruskan kelangsungan kelangsungan kehidupan mereka.
