Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan antara Atribut Inovasi (AI), Kepimpinan Teknologi Guru (KTG) dan Integrasi Teknologi (IT) web di sekolah serta  pengaruh  AI sebagai  pengantara di antara KTG dan IT. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk tinjauan telah digunakan  dalam kajian ini. Seramai 412 orang responden telah dipilih menggunakan dua peringkat persampelan  iaitu kluster dan berstrata. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada  guru- guru dari sekolah zon selatan  Semenanjung Malaysia yang dikategorikan sebagai lima bintang dalam  penarafan Smart School  Qualification Standards (SSQS). Tiga set instrumen iaitu National Educational Standards –  Administrator (NETS-A), Diffusion of Innovation dan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge  (TPACK) telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Data telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan Model Persamaan  Struktural. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara KTG dan AI (β  =0.64, p = 0.001), AI dan IT (β =0.69, p = 0.003) dan KTG dan IT (β = 0.35, p = 0.022). Selain itu,  dapatan juga mendapati konstruk AI merupakan pengantara penuh antara konstruk KTG dengan IT.  Kesimpulannya AI berpengaruh secara signifikan dan memainkan peranan besar antara KTG dengan IT    di sekolah. Implikasi kajian ini boleh dijadikan sebagai rujukan dalam merangka modul Latihan Dalam Perkhidmatan (LADAP) kepada guru-guru.
