| This research aims to address the effectiveness of qualitative technology in facilitating the process of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, where technological education is a viable means if applied well. There is no doubt that modern and advanced technologies play an important role by using them in the preparation of technological programs consistent with the educational system, especially as the important developments that have taken place in the field of information technology, computer and telecommunications technologies, and the emergence of many applications Technological means have been invested by specialists in the field of education to reach a flexible and interactive educational system. This research, based on the descriptive and analytical approach, examines the importance of positive education. Also the research pointed to the importance of teaching means, and the role of ICT in teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers. This research addresses the importance of intelligent interactive elearning, and e-book, instead of the traditional educational system, because it is an integrated system of data, concepts and interactive tools which is available in the learning environment, and the research mention some important findings and recommendations.
