Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Niat
Tingkah Laku (NTL) dan Tingkah Laku Penggunaan (TLP) bagi membentuk model konseptual
penerimaan dan penggunaan pendekatan Pembelajaran Teradun (Blended Learning Acceptance and
Use Model- BeLAUM). Kajian juga menilai kesan pemboleh ubah mediator dan pemboleh ubah moderator
terhadap hubungan antara konstruk kajian. Pendekatan reka bentuk kaedah bercampur - penerokaan
berturut (Sequential exploratory
- mixed methods research design) digunakan untuk mencapai enam objektif kajian.
Pembentukan konstruk dan instrumen kajian adalah berdasarkan tinjauan literatur
terhadap model-teori penerimaan teknologi terdahulu, hasil analisis temubual kumpulan fokus serta
penilaian panel pakar. Bagi pengumpulan data utama kajian, seramai 851 orang guru telah
memberi makum balas melalui soal selidik penilaian kendiri. Ujian statistik Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan sebagai prosedur analisis statistik utama kajian bagi
melaksanakan anggaran parameter dan pengujian model. Dapatan utama kajian mendedahkan
bahawa Jangkaan Penggunaan (JPG), Pengaruh Sosial (PS), Keadaan Kemudahan (KK) dan
Efikasi Guru (EG) adalah faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi NTL dan TLP. Secara
keseluruhannya, analisis SEM membuktikan bahawa pemboleh ubah BeLAUM telah menyumbang
sebanyak 73.3% varians bagi NTL dan 65.1% varians bagi TLP. Dapatan turut menunjukkan bahawa KK
adalah pemboleh ubah mediator dalam hubungan antara EG dan NTL. Jantina,
pengalaman dan beban tugas merupakan pemboleh ubah moderator dalam model kajian. Kesimpulannya,
kajian ini telah dapat menjelaskan faktor-faktor sebenar yang mempengaruhi guru untuk
melaksanakan pendekatan Pembelajaran Teradun, di samping menyumbang kepada pemahaman terhadap
teori-teori penerimaan teknologi secara kontekstual dengan kajian semasa berdasarkan
tetapan sistem pendidikan di Malaysia. Pembangunan model konseptual ini dijangka berupaya
menawarkan panduan konstruktif kepada pengubal dasar, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia serta
pihak berkepentingan lain untuk merencana pembangunan profesional keguruan dan seterusnya
menggalakkan amalan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan Pembelajaran Teradun yang lebih baik.
