Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh gaya kepimpinan transformasi Guru Besar dan stres kerja guru novis terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk  tinjauan melibatkan 85 orang guru novis di daerah Manjung. Data dikumpul menggunakan   soal   selidik   sebagai   instrumen   kajian.   Dapatan   kajian   menunjukkan terdapat hubungan  signifikan yang positif r(85) = .628, p
