Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan Ujian Diagnostik Tiga Aras (UDiTA) bagi topik Pergerakan Bahan Merentas Membran Plasma untuk mengenalpasti miskonsepsi pelajar Biologi tingkatan empat dalam daerah Batang Padang, Perak. Analisis item telah digunakan bagi tujuan penyemakan dan penambahbaikan item dalam instrumen kajian ini bagi menjawab tujuh persoalan kajian. Pembangunan instrumen kajian iaitu UDiTA adalah berdasarkan model Taksonomi Bloom, kriteria konstruk item Lembaga Peperiksaan, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia serta garis panduan membina item beraneka pilihan. UDiTA telah melalui proses pengesahan dan hasilnya kesahan kandungan dan kesahan konstruk adalah tinggi. Kajian rintis yang melibatkan 21 orang pelajar telah dijalankan. Pentadbiran UDiTA yang mengandungi 18 soalan beraneka pilihan tiga aras melibatkan 113 responden yang dipilih secara rawak berstrata. Indeks kebolehpercayaan Cronbach’s Alpha untuk UDiTA dianggarkan 0.830 dan 0.842 untuk kajian rintis dan kajian sebenar masing-masing. Min Indeks Kesukaran Item yang diperolehi ialah 0.31. Min Indeks Diskriminasi Item yang diperolehi ialah 0.50. UDiTA mempunyai 92.6 % pengganggu yang berfungsi. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap miskonsepsi pelajar berada pada tahap rendah berdasarkan Skor Miskonsepsi-3. Kesimpulannya, UDiTA dapat mengenalpasti miskonsepsi pelajar dengan baik. Implikasinya, UDiTA boleh digunakan sebagai alat penilaian untuk mengenalpasti pengetahuan sedia ada, kebolehan dan miskonsepsi pelajar dalam topik Pergerakan Bahan Merentas Membran Plasma. Model, kriteria konstruk item dan garis panduan membina item beraneka pilihan yang digunakan dalam kerangka konseptual kajian boleh diaplikasi untuk pembangunan ujian diagnostik bagi tajuk-tajuk lain dalam mata pelajaran Biologi khususnya.
