Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh amalan literasi ibu bapa terhadap
perkembangan bahasa kanak-kanak tiga tahun di TASKA di Putrajaya. Pendekatan
kuantitatif menggunakan Kaedah Tinjauan telah dilaksanakan bagi kajian ini. Pemilihan
sampel kajian kanak-kanak menggunakan kaedah persampelan rawak berlapis yang melibatkan
100 orang kanak-kanak tiga tahun yang bersekolah di TASKA di Putrajaya. Pemilihan sampel kajian ibu
bapa pula menggunakan kaedah persampelan bertujuan. Borang Soal Selidik Ibu Bapa dan Borang
Perkembangan Bahasa Kanak-kanak berpandukan borang senarai semak Boddum (2013) telah digunakan
dalam kajian ini. Data kajian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan korelasi
melalui program Pakej Statistik untuk Sains Sosial (SPSS). Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa 51%
perkembangan bahasa kanak-kanak tiga tahun di TASKA berada di tahap tinggi. Dapatan kajian
mendapati bahawa pendidikan (P = .000) dan pendapatan (P = .000) ibu bapa mempunyai
hubungan yang signifikan dengan tahap perkembangan bahasa kanak- kanak tiga tahun di TASKA. Hanya
tiga kriteria dalam amalan literasi ibu bapa yang mempengaruhi perkembangan bahasa kanak-kanak
tiga tahun di TASKA iaitu penggunaan media digital oleh kanak-kanak (p < .000), ibu bapa
mengajar kanak-kanak belajar membaca (p < .000) dan akses kanak-kanak terhadap bahan literasi (p |
