Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan membina dan menentusahkan rubrik pentaksiran kendiri kemahiran insaniah,  e-persona.  Kajian ini mengadaptasi reka bentuk Design and Developmental Research (DDR) oleh Richey  dan Klein melibatkan empat fasa iaitu kajian keperluan, rekabentuk, pembinaan dan penilaian. Tiga  rubrik iaitu Rubrik Mendengar dengan Aktif dan   Memberi   Maklumbalas   (KOM2),   Mencari   Idea    dan   Mencari   Penyelesaian Alternatif  (BKMM3)  serta  Menganalisis  dan  Membuat  Keputusan   berkaitan  dengan Etika  (EM2)  telah  dibina.  Sampel  kajian  melibatkan  342  orang  pelajar   Kursus Pembangunan Sahsiah di Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris yang dipilih berdasarkan kaedah     pensampelan    rawak    berstrata    berkadaran.    Kesahan    konstruk    dan kebolehpercayaan  rubrik ditentukan menggunakan Model Pengukuran Rasch. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa rubrik yang  dibangunkan mempunyai kesahan konstruk yang baik seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai polariti item  (PTMEA Corr), fit statistics dan peta dimensionaliti.  Kesemua nilai PTMEA Corr adalah positif dan  melebihi 0.3, dan nilai fit statistics dalam julat yang boleh diterima (0.6-1.4). Analisis  dimensionaliti menunjukkan rubrik yang dibangunkan dapat menjelaskan 38.3% daripada varians bagi  KOM2,  37.4%  bagi  BKMM3  dan  39.3%  bagi  EM2.  Kebolehpercayaan  rubrik  bagi KOM2, BKMM3 dan  EM2 juga tinggi dengan nilainya masing-masing ialah 0.97, 0.93 dan 0.94 dan kebolehpercayaan  individu ialah 0.86, 0.88 dan 0.88. Nilai pengasingan bagi semua konstruk juga baik, melebihi 3.0.  Kemahiran insaniah pelajar didapati lebih baik  di  dalam  pentaksiran  kali  kedua.   Kesimpulannya,  rubrik  yang  dibangunkan mempunyai  ciri-ciri  psikometrik  yang  baik  bagi   mengukur  ketiga-tiga  kemahiran insaniah   tersebut.   Penggunaan   rubrik   telah    membantu    pelajar    melaksanakan pentaksiran  kendiri  dan  menentukan  sasaran  sendiri.  Kriteria  dan   deskriptor  yang terdapat  dalam  rubrik  dapat  dijadikan  panduan  oleh  pelajar  dalam   melaksanakan pentaksiran kendiri. Penggunaan e-persona ini telah memudahkan pentaksiran kendiri  dalam   kalangan   pelajar,   serta   memudahkan   pengurusan   rekod   dan   bukti-bukti  pentaksiran  yang lebih efisien. Implikasinya, penggunaan rubrik e-persona ini boleh diperluaskan  kepada kursus lain untuk mengukur kemahiran insaniah yang berbeza.
