Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh literasi label nutrisi ke atas sikap
terhadap label nutrisi dan; pengaruh literasi label nutrisi dan sikap terhadap label
nutrisi ke atas pemilihan makanan sihat. Pendekatan kuantitatif telah digunakan
dalam kajian ini. Data dikumpul daripada sampel yang terdiri daripada 420 orang
responden yang berumur 15 tahun dan ke atas yang tinggal di sekitar Wilayah
Persekutuan Putrajaya. Pemilihan sampel dibuat menggunakan teknik pensampelan
berkelompok dan diikuti dengan rawak sistematik. Data dikumpul menggunakan
borang soal selidik sebagai instrumen. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis
deskriptif dan inferens. Analisis deskriptif diguna untuk meringkaskan profil
responden, manakala analisis regresi linear digunakan untuk menguji hipotesishipotesis
yang dicadangkan. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa literasi label nutrisi
mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan ke atas sikap terhadap label nutrisi
(β=0.061, p>0.05). Namun, literasi label nutrisi (β=-0.147, p |
