Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti sumbangan Modul Celik STEM yang dibangunkan terhadap pemikiran kreatif murid dalam pembelajaran sains. Kajian tentang reka bentuk kuasi eksperimen dengan jenis kumpulan kawalan tidak setara melibatkan sampel seramai 60 orang murid tingkatan satu yang berusia 13 tahun dari sekolah berasrama di daerah Baling, Kedah. Sampel dibahagikan kepada dua kumpulan; 30 orang mewakili kumpulan rawatan dan 30 orang lagi mewakili kumpulan kawalan. Data yang dikumpul daripada skor ujian pra-pasca-pemikiran kreatif (UPK) dianalisis menggunakan analisis kovarian sehala pada aras signifikan p < .05. Dapatan menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan bagi skor UPK antara kumpulan rawatan dan kumpulan kawalan apabila skor ujian pra dikawal secara statistik, F (1,57) = 16.639, p = .000, partial eta squared = .226. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan sederhana kuat antara skor ujian pra dan ujian pasca UPK dengan nilai partial eta squared = .082. Kesimpulannya, pengajaran dan pembelajaran topik Pembiakan melalui pengintegrasian STEM yang diketengahkan dalam modul adalah lebih baik berbanding pengajaran biasa. Dapatan membuktikan bahawa kaedah pengajaran alternatif ini berkesan dalam memperkembang lantas memperkasakan pemikiran kreatif murid.
