Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti sikap keusahawanan dalaman, kompetensi
keusahawanan dan kesediaan penerapan elemen keusahawanan dalam kalangan guru prasekolah di
daerah Hilir Perak dan Kinta Selatan. Kajian ini menggunakan teori tingkah laku terancang
oleh Azjen. Kaedah kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk tinjauan digunakan dalam kajian ini. Populasi
kajian adalah seramai 149 orang dan pemilihan sampel secara rawak mudah dengan menggunakan
jadual persampelan Krejcie dan Morgan yang melibatkan seramai 113 guru prasekolah. Instrumen
kajian terdiri daripada satu set soal selidik yang diadaptasi daripada Test for Personel
Entrepreneurial Competencies. Soal selidik ini telah disahkan oleh empat orang pakar
menggunakan Content Validity Index (CVI) dengan nilai CVI =
0.96 dan kebolehpercayaan soal selidik menggunakan indeks Cronbach Alpha dengan nilai
pekali = 0.95. Data kajian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensi seperti
kekerapan, peratusan, min, sisihan piawai, ujian-t bebas, ANOVA sehala dan korelasi Pearson.
Dapatan kajian menunjukkan guru prasekolah percaya (M = 4.07, SP = 0.35) bahawa mereka
memiliki sikap keusahawanan dalaman. Responden juga bersetuju (M = 3.91, SP = 0.39) bahawa mereka
memiliki kompetensi keusahawanan. Responden juga sangat bersetuju (M = 4.21, SP = 0.38) bahawa
mereka bersedia menerapkan elemen keusahawanan. Selain itu, dapatan menunjukkan terdapat
perbezaan yang signifikan antara kesediaan penerapan elemen keusahawanan guru mengikut faktor
agensi tadika [t(111) = -2.79; p< 0.05], kelulusan akademik tertinggi [F(3, 109) = 2.80; p< 0.05]
dan latihan keusahawanan yang diikuti [t(111) = 2.46; p |
