Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian  ini  bertujuan  menilai  strategi  dan  pengalaman  latihan  kemahiran  psikologi dalam    pasukan   ragbi   kebangsaan   Malaysia   semasa   pertandingan   Asia   Rugby Championship 2018.  Teori Weinberg dan Gould telah digunakan dalam kajian ini yang berfokuskan  kepada  kesan  strategi   dan  pengalaman  terhadap  kemahiran  psikologi sukan  yang  terdiri  daripada  penetapan   matlamat,  automacity,  kata  kendiri,  kawalan emosi, imageri, pengaktifan, relaksasi, pemikiran  negatif dan gangguan.   Kajian kes digunakan  sebagai  reka  bentuk  kajian.  Peserta  kajian   terdiri  25  orang  pemain  yang mewakili  Malaysia  di  kejohanan  Asia  Rugby  Championship   2018. Instrumen  kajian terdiri  daripada  satu  set  soal  selidik  Test  of  Performance   Strategies  2  (TOPS2)  dan protokol temu bual. Data kuantitatif telah dianalisis menggunakan  statistik deskriptif dan  inferens  seperti  kekerapan,  peratusan,  min,  sisihan  piawai,  dan   ujian-t.  Data kualitatif telah dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Daripada aspek strategi  iaitu forward dan backline, ujian-t menunjukkan bahawa hanya pemboleh ubah kata kendiri yang  berbeza secara signifikan [t(24) = -2.68; p
