Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kehebatan dalam pembangunan teknologi dan perisian evolusi animasi tempatan menular seiring dengan
perkembangan pembelajaran kanak-kanak. Ketinggian daya fikir yang terkandung dalam
penceritaannya mempamerkan kesignifikanan dan kerelevanannya untuk mendidik kanak-kanak
melalui pengalaman dalam multimedia. Sehubungan itu, objektif kajian ini dijalankan adalah
untuk pertama, mengenal pasti dimensi yang terdapat dalam Prinsip Kepimpinan berdasarkan
kandungan transkripsi video animasi Upin dan Ipin terpilih; kedua, menganalisis kandungan
transkripsi video animasi Upin dan Ipin terpilih dalam menguruskan intelek kanak-kanak
berdasarkan Prinsip Kepimpinan; dan ketiga, merumuskan keupayaan kepimpinan menguruskan
intelek kanak-kanak dalam transkripsi video animasi Upin dan Ipin terpilih. Kajian
ini dijalankan dengan mengaplikasikan Prinsip Kepimpinan yang terkandung dalam
Pendekatan Pengurusan (Mohamad Mokhtar Abu Hassan, 2013), iaitu satu pendekatan baharu
dalam dunia Kritikan Sastera. Penyelidikan ini dijalankan dengan menggunakan Pendekatan
Kajian Kualitatif dengan reka bentuk Fenomenologi berdasarkan Kaedah Analisis Kandungan
Transkripsi Video. Pemaparan animasi Upin dan Ipin dilihat mempamerkan keupayaan kepimpinan
menguruskan intelek kanak-kanak tanpa sengaja dan tiada paksaan melalui proses Pembelajaran
Berasaskan Cabaran. Kesimpulannya, Prinsip Kepimpinan yang ditonjolkan bersama Dimensi
Pendidikan ini amat signifikan untuk memperlihatkan pengurusan intelek kanak-kanak berlaku
melalui perubahan sikap negatif kepada amalan yang baik. Implikasi kajian ini mendapati
pengurusan intelek kanak-kanak berjaya diuruskan melalui kesahihan pembuktiannya hasil
gabungan pengaplikasian Prinsip Kepimpinan (Mohamad Mokhtar Abu Hassan, 2013) dengan
Gaya Kepimpinan Kecerdasan Emosi (Goleman, D. 2000), Komponen Kecerdasan Emosi (Goleman,
D.
2019), dan Aktiviti Kepimpinan (Lambert, L. 2010).
