Masa reaksi memainkan peranan penting khususnya dalam sukan badminton. Kajian kajian terdahulu telah memberikan pandangan atau pendapat mengenai kecergasan fizikal masa reaksi dalam sukan badminton. Terdapat pelbagai jenis kajian kecergasan fizikal lakuan motor masa reaksi yang telah dijalankan. Oleh itu, tujuan kajian ini ialah mengkaji semula kajian berkaitan kecergasan fizikal lakuan motor masa reaksi dalam sukan badminton. Objektif kajian ialah mengenalpasti definisi masa reaksi, latihan masa reaksi dan ujian kecergasan fizikal masa reaksi dalam sukan badminton. Kaedah Item Pelaporan Pilihan untuk Penyataan Sistematik dan Meta-Analisis (PRISMA) telah digunakan. Maklumat diperolehi daripada sumber secara atas talian seperti laman carian Researchgate dan juga laman sesawang Google Scholar. Sebanyak 10 artikel yang diperolehi berkaitan kecergasan fizikal berasaskan lakuan motor rnasa reaksi. 2 artikel dicari untuk menghurai definisi masa reaksi, 2 artikel untuk mengenalpasti latihan masa reaksi dan 6 artikel untuk mengulas jenis pengujian kecergasan fizikal masa reaksi dalam sukan badminton. Kesemua artikel diulas secara terperinci bermula tahun 2010 sehingga 2021. Hasil daripada dapatan kajian menunjukkan artikel-artikel yang diulas rnempunyai definisi masa reaksi, kaedah latihan yang berkesan untuk masa reaksi dan jenis ujian yang dijalankan tehadap kajian terdahulu. Kecergasan fizikal masa reaksi sangat penting dalam sukan badminton. Masa reaksi atau tindak balas tubuh badan penting bagi permainan pantas seperti sukan badminton. Jenis ujian yang sesuai juga dapat membantu jurulatih dan atlet badminton mengukur tindak balas masa reaksi mereka.
