Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk rnelihat  kesan  turutan regangan  statik dan dinamik ke atas prestasi larian pecut. Dalam kajian ini, sarnpel kajian terdiri daripada dua puluh (N=20) pelajar Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris yang aktif bersukan. Data dianalisi dengan menggunakan ujian T-Test berpasangan dari Perisian Statistik Perisian untuk Sains Sosial (SPSS) versi 23.0. Nilai t rnencatatkan (t=l0.693), dan tahap signifikan p=0.000.  Seterusnya,  hipotesis  nul  (Hol)  ditolak  serta  terdapat   perbezaan   yang signifikan  kesan  turutan  regangan  dinarnik  dan  statik  ke  atas  prestasi  larian  pecut.Tahap prestasi peserta kajian lebih baik setelah rnel akuka n regangan turutan statik diikuti dinarnik sebelurn rnelakukan larian pecut 30 meter. Didapati rnasa yang di arnbil lebih pendek berbanding turutan regangan dinarnik diikuti statik sebelurn larian pecut. Kesimpulanya, jurulatih dan atlet perlu mengambil berat mengenai turutan kaedah regangan sebelurn rnelakukan sesuatu aktiviti untuk mendapatkan prestasi yang lebih baik.
