Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan model penerimaan aplikasi e-portfolio
berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) sebagai instrumen bagi
membantu meningkatkan kebolehpasaran pelajar politeknik terutamanya bagi
mempamerkan aspek kemahiran generik mereka. Reka bentuk kajian menggunakan
kaedah kuantitatif secara tinjauan. Soal selidik telah digunakan sebagai instrumen
kajian bagi pengumpulan data yang melibatkan seramai 389 orang pelajar Diploma
Ukur Bahan di seluruh politeknik di Malaysia yang terdiri dari pelajar semester lima
dan enam. Bagi mengenal pasti hubungan antara lima faktor utama iaitu persepsi
mudah guna, persepsi kebergunaan, tingkah laku terhadap penggunaan , hasrat untuk
menggunakan dan penggunaan sebenar ke arah penggunaan e-portfolio sebagai
medium untuk kebolehpasaran graduan, analisis Model Persamaan Struktural telah
digunakan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan hubungan setiap faktor adalah signifikan
kecuali hubungan antara persepsi mudah guna dan persepsi kebergunaan ke arah
tingkah laku terhadap penggunaan. Model Persamaan Struktural alternatif TAM bagi
e-portfolio telah dibangunkan dengan keputusan indeks Goodness Of Fit yang
signifikan iaitu CMIN/DF=1.65, CFI=.91I, TLI=.905 dan RMSEA=.041. Implikasi
kajian ini mencadangkan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) E-Portfolio digunakan
bagi meningkatkan kebolehpasaran graduan politeknik di Malaysia. |
