Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti kesan Program Latihan Acai Adidas (PLAA)
berasaskan Model Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) berbanding Model Latihan
Teknikal (MLT) terhadap prestasi permainan mini 4 lawan 4, kecergasan motor (KM) dan
penulisan nota refleksi (PNR) pemain-pemain bola sepak Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG).
Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kuasi eksperimental dengan dua kumpulan iaitu 32
orang dalam kumpulan rawatan (PLAA) dan 32 orang kumpulan kawalan (MLT). Jumlah
keseluruhan iaitu seramai 64 pemain berumur antara 18-23 tahun yang diagihkan secara
rawak. Prestasi permainan dinilai berdasarkan keupayaan pemain membuat keputusan (MK)
dan pelaksanaan kemahiran (PK) dalam aspek hantaran, menggelecek, menanduk dan
menjaring, sokong, lindung serta KM pemain (kepantasan, imbangan, koordinasi, kuasa,
kelajuan dan masa tindakbalas). Selain itu, PNR pemain (keseronokan, penguasaan taktikal
dan kemahiran serta peningkatan pemikiran) diuji ke atas pemain pada peringkat ujian pasca.
Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan ujian-t dan ANCOVA, manakala data
kualitatif dianalisis berdasarkan analisis konten. Dapatan ujian pasca bagi komponen MK
menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan untuk kumpulan PLAA (hantaran,
