Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan Model Pengajaran e-TVET bagi program
mekanikal dan pembuatan di kolej vokasional zon utara. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah
Kajian Reka Bentuk dan Pembangunan (DDR) untuk membangunkan model pengajaran e-
TVET melalui tiga fasa. Fasa pertama kajian ini ialah untuk mengenalpasti keperluan
membangunkan model Pengajaran e-TVET bagi program mekanikal dan pembuatan.
Kajian analisis keperluan telah dijalankan melalui temu bual dan soal selidik terhadap
empat orang pakar dan 108 orang guru yang terlibat dengan program mekanikal dan
pembuatan di kolej vokasional zon utara. Fasa kedua pula ialah untuk mereka bentuk
Model Pengajaran e-TVET bagi program mekanikal dan pembuatan menggunakan teknik
fuzzy delphi di mana seramai 20 orang pakar telah terlibat. Fasa ketiga pula ialah untuk
menilai kebolehgunaan Model Pengajaran e-TVET bagi program mekanikal dan
pembuatan. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik diskriptif iaitu peratusan, min
dan sisihan piawai. Data kualitatif pula dianalisis secara tematik analisis. Dapatan fasa
pertama iaitu analisis keperluan mendapati responden pensyarah kolej vokasional bersetuju
(M=4.18; SP=0.54) bahawa model e-TVET perlu dibangunkan. Dapatan fasa kedua
daripada Teknik fuzzy delphi menggunakan triangular fuzzy numbers dan defuzzification
process iaitu proses untuk menentukan ranking bagi setiap pembolehubah yang terdiri
daripada tujuh konstruk mendapati nilai threshold ‘d’ kurang 0.2 dan peratus kesepakatan
pakar melebihi 75%. Ini menunjukkan kesemua konstruk iaitu (a) objektif pengajaran (b)
aktiviti pengajaran (c) strategi pengajaran (d) kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi (d) refleksi (e)
bentuk penilaian dan (f) pembangunan pengajaran untuk membina model Pengajaran e-
TVET telah mencapai kesepakatan pakar yang tinggi. Dalam konteks kebolehgunaan
model, dapatan fasa ketiga iaitu hasil teknik kumpulan nominal daripada 30 orang
pensyarah Kolej vokasional zon utara kajian menunjukkan persetujuan melebihi 70%.
Kesimpulannya, model pengajaran e-TVET yang dibangunkan mempunyai kebolehgunaan
yang tinggi untuk digunakan di kolej vokasional. Implikasinya, Model pengajaran e-tvet
ini boleh digunakan oleh pensyarah kolej vokasional untuk meningkatkan kompetensi
pensyarah dalam pengajaran dalam bidang teknikal dan vokasional. |
