Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh organisasi pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sekolah menengah kebangsaan harian (SMKh) Negeri Perak. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kaedah tinjauan rentas yang menggunakan soal selidik telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Sampel terdiri daripada 374 orang guru dari 50 buah SMKh. Data dianalisis menggunakan ujian-t, ANOVA sehala, MANOVA faktorial 3x2, dan regresi pelbagai. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap organisasi pembelajaran (min = 4.14) dan kepuasan kerja keseluruhan (min = 4.71) adalah pada tahap yang tinggi. Analisis ANOVA sehala menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara faktor umur terhadap organisasi pembelajaran: F (3, 370) = .915, p = .434. Analisis MANOVA faktorial 3x2 menunjukkan terdapat kesan utama gred perkhidmatan [F(3, 960) = 1.937, p = .027
