Arabic is considered to be the most difficult language to learn in the world. For beginners. it
is hard to learn by self-study. Many Arabic teachers also have many difficulties in the process
or teaching. The purpose of this research was to the problems in preparing qualified teachers
or Arabic language in Ningxia. China. The research design for this study is quantitative
method. simple random sampling technique was employed to select 100 respondents in
Ningxia. ln the analyses. all the data had been entered correctly into data file SPSS. the data
was screened using frequency table to see that all the data had been properly coded. The
instrument (questionnaire) there are two sections which arc Part A and B. Part A contains
demographic information about the respondents characteristics while section B contained
questions related difficulties in preparing qualified Arabic teachers. These sections discusses
the results of the hypotheses formulated for the study. They include: a) perception of
respondents based on suitable textbooks. b) Perception of respondents based on quality
professional training. c) Perception of respondents based on commitment of teachers. d)
Perception of respondents based on correct standard or Arabic language. The availability of
teaching materials determine teachers' efficiency in any countries. Researchers have
examined what can make teachers to be effective which in turn improve students' academic.
