Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan membina bateri ujian pengenalpastian bakat bola sepak pemain
lelaki bawah 14 tahun. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian tinjauan
(cross-sectional). Seramai 208 orang pemain bola sepak lelaki bawah 14 dipilih menjadi
sampel kajian menggunakan kaedah persampelan rawak berstrata. Instrumen kajian yang terdiri
daripada sejarah latihan, antropometri, kecergasan fizikal, kemahiran teknikal,
kebolehan bermain bola sepak, kemahiran taktikal, psikologi, sosiologi, persekitaran dan
penilaian subjektif jurulatih mempunyai nilai kesahan (r = .82 – .96), kebolehpercayaan (r =
.81 – .99) dan objektiviti (r = .91 – .99) yang tinggi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan
statistik deskriptif dan inferensi. Analisis faktor menunjukkan 20 item mewakili soal selidik
kemahiran taktikal, 50 item mewakili soal selidik psikologi dan 35 item mewakili soal
selidik sokongan sosial. Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan kesemua variabel
peramal mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan ke atas kebolehan bermain bola sepak [R Squared =
.703, F(58, 149) = 6.080, p = .000]. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan jumlah jam seminggu latihan
bola sepak, jumlah jam seminggu perlawanan bola sepak, ketinggian, berat badan, indeks
jisim tubuh, lompat jauh berdiri, Yo-Yo intermittent recovery tahap satu, keupayaan pecut
berulang Bangsbo, hantaran jauh, menggelecek, transisi bertahan kepada menyerang, transisi
menyerang kepada bertahan, keyakinan diri, motivasi, sokongan jurulatih, kesan umur
relatif dan penilaian subjektif jurulatih mempunyai korelasi yang signifikan ke atas
kebolehan bermain bola sepak. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan Skor Indeks Peramal Bakat Bola
Sepak dapat dibina berdasarkan skor instrumen ujian pengenalpastian bakat bola sepak pemain
lelaki bawah 14 tahun. Kesimpulannya, bateri ujian pengenalpastian bakat bola sepak boleh
digunakan untuk mengukur prestasi pemain lelaki bawah 14 tahun. Implikasi kajian
menunjukkan penggunaan bateri ujian pengenalpastian bakat bola sepak dapat membantu jurulatih dan
pasukan pencarian bakat dalam proses pemilihan pemain lelaki bawah 14 tahun.
