Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Penyelidikan  ini  bertujuan  bagi  menerokai  corak  amalan  proses  kejurulatihan  jurulatih bola  sepak sekolah di Kuala Lumpur. Sejumlah 10 orang guru merangkap jurulatih bola sepak dan 11 orang  pemain bola sepak peringkat sekolah merupakan peserta kajian dalam penyelidikan  ini.  Saiz  sampel   dalam  kajian  kualitatif  tidak  dapat  ditentukan  dari  awal kajian dan pemilihan jumlah  peserta kajian ini berterusan sehingga sampai ke tahap yang dinamakan  sebagai  “saturation  of   information”  berikutan  tiada  data-data  baharu  yang diperolehi atau bertindih dengan data  sebelum  ini  menerusi sesi  temu bual  secara semi berstruktur  yang  mengandungi  set   “Open-Ended  Questions”  yang  telah  dijalankan. Tempoh  sesi  temu  bual  ini  berlangsung  bermula  dari  Januari  2019  sehingga  Jun  2019. Penyelidikan ini menggunakan pendekatan  kualitatif berbentuk Grounded Theory seperti dicadangkan   oleh   Strauss   dan   Corbin.   Data    yang   diperolehi   menerusi   temu   bual, ditranskripsi  dan  dianalisis  menggunakan  pendekatan   pengekodan  atau  codings  yang merangkumi    pengekodan    terbuka,    pengekodan    paksi    dan     pengekodan    terpilih. Berdasarkan  dapatan  kajian  menjelaskan  bahawa  terdapat  enam   langkah-langkah  bagi proses  kejurulatihan  bola  sepak  yang  terdiri  daripada  merancang,  pra   sesi  taklimat, mengendalikan  sesi  latihan,  pemerhatian,  melatih  dan  pembetulan  serta  pasca   sesi taklimat  dan  rumusan.  Akhir  sekali  menerusi  penyelidikan  ini  juga  maka  terhasilah  Model Proses Kejurulatihan Jurulatih Bola Sepak Sekolah di Kuala Lumpur. Model ini boleh     membantu    jurulatih    khususnya    di    peringkat    sekolah    bagi    melaksanakan keseragaman proses kejurulatihan bola sepak mengikut susunan yang sewajarnya.
